Dr. Weldon is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). Cat Hospital of Dallas is Cat Friendly certified by AAFP. Services include wellness exams (annual for cats under 7; every 6 months for cats over 7), in-house laboratory testing, parasitology, digital radiology, anesthesia and surgery, dentistry (cleaning, polishing, limited extractions), microchipping, pharmacy (pharmaceuticals, vitamins, Hill's prescription diets, flea/heartworm preventives), individualized flea control programs, dietary counseling, behavioral counseling, Soft Paws nail caps, and house call hospice and euthanasia services.
