Sugar Land Pet Hospital, founded in 1978 by Dr. Buddy Brandt and Dr. L.O. Harrell, has provided complete pet care to the Sugar Land, TX community for over four decades. Starting from a 700-sq-ft office across the street, the practice moved into its current, larger location in 2008 to accommodate growing patient and staff needs. The veterinary team, including Dr. Doug Hendrix, Dr. Floyd, and Dr. Brust, provides routine vaccinations, general medicine, general and orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, pain management, basic ultrasound, hospitalization, and digital radiography, along with boarding, grooming, pet sitting, and after-hours nurse-on-call support. Many clients have been loyal patrons for 20-30+ years, consistently praising the doctors for kind, patient, thorough, and reasonably priced care for both routine and complex/senior pet health issues.
